Insurance
We accept most insurance and offer an exceptional discount for anyone not using insurance (paying at time of service). Each year insurance gets more complicated. We recommend you call your insurance to understand what services your plan covers and any deductibles that may apply.
Please also call us prior to your appointment with your insurance information. As a courtesy, we will also try to verify your benefits. Unfortunately, verifying benefits does not guarantee payment for services as we can get incorrect information when verifying insurance.
Knowing the answers to these questions will help ensure that we all have the right information prior to your appointment.
Do I have a deductible that needs to be met?
Does the deductible apply to chiropractic, acupuncture or massage?

Currently we are not taking new patients with Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
In the state of Oregon, Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is automatically included in ALL insurance plans (usually $15,000 per person). This means you can be treated regardless of fault and without the need of a lawyer.
It’s scary to be in an accident. Most accidents leave you dazed and confused. You think you might be ok, but are likely not sure. Often symptoms of an accident don’t start to take effect for several days or even a week after an accident.
At Connect, our team specializes in treating your injuries with comprehensive care, utilizing chiropractic, acupuncture and massage. Before booking with a provider, we ask you to please call YOUR insurance carrier to open up a PIP claim and have that number ready.
