Massage is critical in treating musculoskeletal injuries, improving range of motion, providing pain and tension relief, and even lowering cortisol levels and blood pressure for stress relief.  Massage will typically be included with chiropractic appointments, which means for some patients it will be covered by insurance.

Most massage visits are 60 minutes, but 90 minutes are also available.  Please call our office to inquire about rates.

When I was pregnant with my second child, my body buckled under the strain. My neck and upper back were so tender and tight, I could hardly move my head from side to side. I talked with Dr. Ku about my pain and she listened intently. She laid out an easily understandable treatment plan. She made adjustments with a gentle, yet confident approach. She made me feel like I had a voice as a patient and that treating me was as important to her as it was to me. In the end, my pain was greatly relieved and I walked away feeling better than I had in months. I highly recommend Dr. Ku for pain relief and long-term wellness, especially if you’re pregnant!

I have been to many chiropractors over the last 14 years since my jobs have either required me to sit at a computer for 8+ hours per day or to drive on average 2500-3000miles per month. I have been to chiropractors that have been very good and even excellent, but Dr. Ku is by far outstanding compared to all of them. She really listens to make sure she knows exactly what your issues are and is always willing to try new and innovative things to help you with treating/alleviating pain. I love that she looks at your body as a whole and helps you with strengthening ideas that make her adjustments last longer to hopefully get you to a stage where she is only needed for maintenance. She also gives great exercises to work on at home that are not too hard or time consuming and can be incorporated into everyday tasks. Some examples are certain poses and things to be aware of as I'm driving all day.

Dr. Ku is also amazing with the soft tissue work she is willing to do on her patients. I've had many chiropractors who will not necessarily work at length on the muscular issues needed to alleviate pain. She has some great soft tissue techniques that have really helped me.

I didn’t see a chiropractor until my 4th pregnancy. My previous was a breech baby, and I wanted to do all I could to ensure that didn’t happen with this one. Thanks to Dr. Ku, I had the best labor/birth of all four pregnancies, the baby did great and his positioning was really helpful in the labor, I think. I look forward to getting in for post-baby adjustments!

After getting in a very unexpected car accident, I was referred to Dr. Ku for care. It was the best referral I could have received. Brenda is way more than “just" a chiropractor. In addition to physical adjustments, Brenda did a lot of fascia and muscle work, as well as create a physical therapy home exercise plan that allowed me to not only heal my injuries, but set me up with a much healthier and happier body. I would recommend her services over and over again. Her care plan is truly holistic.
